Jonathan is the Area Leader for the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB Plymouth), as he is passionate about the business community. He has also won HR Consultant of the year, 3 years running. When not working, Jonathan enjoys cycling, skiing and wild water swimming.

Can you come into the business to investigate, manage and resolve an HR issue?

Yes. We can be a fresh pair of eyes that sees opportunities for progression that are lost in your day to day activities. We can also manage your probations, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and appeal processes with you on site.
